James P. Cullen
Mr. Cullen earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in downtown Columbus, Ohio, where he served on the School’s Law Review for two years as a staff member and associate board member. Mr. Cullen graduated from Capital University Law School in May of 2018. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cullen received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania.
Between semesters in law school, Mr. Cullen interned at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office and in the office of Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Mary Jane Bowes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During these internships, Mr. Cullen gained experience working at the trial level and intermediate appellate level of Pennsylvania’s court system.
Prior to joining The Levicoff Law Firm, P.C. in March of 2020, Mr. Cullen worked for a civil defense law firm in the Pittsburgh area representing clients in products liability and toxic tort litigation in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He spent time arguing motions and taking depositions in order to build the best defense for the clients he represented.
Mr. Cullen was admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania in October of 2018 and West Virginia in October of 2019. Additionally, Mr. Cullen is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia.
