Beata I. Gray
Ms. Gray is admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Slippery Rock University where she double majored in Psychology and in Criminal Justice/Criminology, and then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law. At Duquesne, Ms. Gray was awarded an Outstanding Oral Argument Award, and CALI Excellence Awards in areas involving the legal practice and discovery. Ms. Gray also served as Treasurer for the Health Law Society and the Labor and Employment Law Society, and as a mentor to incoming students.
Prior to joining the Levicoff Law Firm Ms. Gray interned at a Pittsburgh-based litigation firm where she focused primarily on insurance defense litigation and handled cases involving premises liability, personal injury, and property damage claims including arson. Ms. Gray also previously worked at another local firm where she focused on cases involving personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, uninsured and underinsured claims, and medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Gray also has experience handling family law matters, having served in Duquesne’s Family Law Clinic where she represented income-qualified clients in cases involving divorce settlement, child support, child custody, paternity actions, contempt orders, and relocation petitions.
